Candidates should have relevant successful past experience in corporate or self-employed environments. Looking for self-motivated, organized, and disciplined individuals to work independently while maintaining solid support team communications to maximize efficiency. The candidate must have exceptional presentation skills as this position is one which requires interaction with the highest executives of client companies, including those within the Fortune 500. We have all the tools, support, and services to insure success for the right candidates. Candidates must have high personal communications and selling abilities. We do not offer leads, however we offer the option of having appointments set for Advisors to maximize their time.Area DirectorsOur rapid expansion requires a number of experience team leaders to assist our advisors in reaching their maximum potential. Area Directors are also Advisors (see above) responsible for their own personal production, but would be additionally compensated based on their team’s production success. Candidates must have past successful experience in this capacity; verification required.Candidates with prior financial services experience in the mortgage, insurance, or financial planning industries are encouraged.
